La entrada es peatonal y su office manager se llama Juan Esteban Correa pero al estar de vacaciones está en su reemplazo Nikka Dominguez por quien pueden preguntar apenas llegue el cliente a la sede y ella los puede ubicar.
La sede no cuenta con parqueaderos pero en el sector sí los hay, hay seguridad 24/7 y por ahora no se requiere de tarjeta para el ingreso.
