Actually, it's a nice idea. What's completely unacceptable, however, is that job postings on LinkedIn discriminate against people over 35, and apparently don't even intend to. Innovation is something that interests and concerns all age groups, not just a specific age group with a youth hype. A young generation that places so much value on equality and then simultaneously discriminates against older people to such an extent is very strange.
