It's wrong to describe Alfred Müller as the administration. Tenants have no rights. They go to arbitration court and are given their rights. And Alfred Müller is a very sore loser. That is, the arbitration court told me I had to file an order. Why, that I was protected from termination? I repeat, I got my way. I got it. And Alfred Müller can't understand or accept that.

Our experience with Mr. E. as a property manager was thoroughly disappointing. Instead of solving problems, he ignored them and refused to work. His communication was unprofessional, and his attitude toward us was disrespectful. We felt like tenants weren't being taken seriously and were simply fobbed off. Definitely not recommended.

I've never experienced such a great property management company as Alfred Müller AG. The apartment viewing was excellent, and we were able to contact them at any time if we had any problems or questions. Contact via email was always professional, and calls were answered promptly – something I've often experienced differently with other property management companies. Although we had problems with the steamer and the dishwasher, they were resolved incredibly quickly. Thank you for your excellent work!
