Needed last-minute office space and found Regus So we checked it out. So glad you did and Jonathan at the front desk made all the difference. Super helpful super Davis corner office to work for a couple days with a beautiful view of Sherbrooke. Came back the next day to begin and will certainly be working out of here whenever we’re in town to see our facilities

Superb welcome with complimentary coffee or water. Appointment was kept, albeit slightly late, with lots of relevant and well-explained information, a relaxed atmosphere, availability, excellent communication and attentiveness before and during the appointment, and very responsive to needs. I highly recommend the services of Ms. Sarah-Marie Bellemare.

My experience with Regus in Sherbrooke was truly disappointing. (I'm not the only one, judging by the other reviews from all the Regus locations.) From the very beginning, I noticed that the offices don't look at all like the photos. They're really cheap. Honestly, it doesn't give the impression of being in a quality, professional space. Furthermore, I've been billed several times in error, and refunds take forever. This kind of problem is super frustrating and makes you lose trust. Regus takes a deposit equivalent to two months, and several people have told me they're still waiting for their deposit after several months. It's always a new person at reception. This gives the impression that working conditions are poor and that there's a lot of turnover. Service-wise, it's really complicated to do business with them. We're often redirected to a center in the United States, and it's difficult to find someone who speaks French. We don't feel properly cared for. What worries me most is the constant increase in rates, even though the services are being reduced. With each contract renewal, the monthly fees increased. Coffee was free, and suddenly it became chargeable. The same goes for parking, which went from free to $90/month without warning. And knowing that another Regus center closed shortly after opening makes me wonder if the one in Sherbrooke will follow the same path (since Sherbrooke opened a few months later). Honestly, I don't see the added value for my business, especially with the competition offering much more beautiful and professional offices. I don't recommend Regus in Sherbrooke.
