The place is chic, every nook and cranny is Instagrammable. Plus, all the roommates are lovely. What really makes it special are the thoughtful touches from the owner (the famous Patrick Loiselle, involved everywhere in Valleyfield): reusable coffee capsules for local Brûlerie Emma coffee for those who choose the eco-friendly option, organic herbal teas, and even feminine hygiene products provided in the bathrooms. He even sometimes whips up little homemade sweet treats for us. A big wow. I feel so lucky.

Beautiful, well-equipped and clean room for conferences and training. We were made to feel welcome and had someone available to us at all times. I recommend!
