We used two of La Station's meeting rooms. The first time was in the fall of 2025 for a 10-week Spanish language course, with 2 hours of instruction per week. We used the Vision room as a "plan B" since there were no more rooms available at UQAR or in the Rimouski community centres, where our in-person or hybrid/co-modal activities are usually held in Rimouski. The participants and our instructor enjoyed it so much that we did it again in the winter of 2026 without hesitation. Also in the fall of 2025, we used the conference room (well-equipped for videoconferencing), not for a board meeting, for example (for which this room would have been perfect), but for a hybrid conference, with the speaker and some participants in person in Rimouski and others participating remotely. In this particular case, the room layout wasn't suitable for this type of participation, as our speaker was never able to position himself in front of the camera for the benefit of those attending online; otherwise, he would have blocked the screen for those present. Otherwise, we highly recommend this meeting venue, if only for the dedication of the staff and its accessibility.

I rented a small meeting room for my work team to do a mini lakeside get-together and it was a great experience! The welcome is impeccable, the atmosphere is warm and friendly but conducive to work and the prices are really very reasonable. The reservation was super easy to make but the reservation system had a little glitch and I didn't receive the confirmation, but it was super easy to talk to someone and get all the information I needed. I recommend 110%!
