I must say I am extremely disappointed. I am being charged for a service I never agreed to, and despite my numerous attempts (emails, calls) to cancel this service and obtain a refund, I have received no response. I cannot tolerate being treated this way. I do not recommend their services. I did contact your customer service department and have received no reply.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Regus! I wanted a virtual email address and signed up for a subscription, but I had a problem with the dates and could no longer be in Quebec City on the chosen dates. So I asked them to postpone the start of the contract (even before it was supposed to begin). It was simple, it was perfectly legitimate, and it wouldn't have changed anything for them—basic customer service. But they refused, never contacted me again, and just took my money for the entire contract even though I couldn't use the service. I tried to cancel because of the company's bad faith; I wanted nothing more to do with them. I sent several emails, but received no response. Even now, I'm still receiving non-payment notices because I blocked my card, and they're starting to charge me late payment penalties. In short, absolutely avoid them! If they had simply agreed to change the contract start dates, I would certainly have been a customer for years, and now I'm in dispute with them. Yet another prime example of a company that hasn't learned a thing.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
