It's not normal to leave several voicemails and never get a call back. It's not normal that payments get processed then refunded, then Regus decides to deal with it by sending it to collections. Until this issue is resolved with due respect, this review stands.

Very disappointed with my experience. I booked a conference room for part of the day (over $300 including taxes) for a promotional photo/video shoot. Upon arrival, the room looked nothing like the photos posted online. I mentioned it to reception: they told me they were aware of the issue, but couldn't do anything about it and no refund was possible. The result: wasted time and money.

I am from Florida and needed a work space for my foreign National mortage business. I rented a co sharing space and not only is the location amazing but the staff is outstanding. A HUGE thank you to the office managers Suzie & Danae for their professionalism and for going out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to be back in September!!
