I’m very disappointed with the service I received from the Hedhofis team, specifically from Frédérique Simard. The entire experience was extremely unorganized. First of all, I wasn’t given any access to the building when I arrived. I had to call someone to let me in, and it was only later that day that I was finally invited to the app to have my own digital key. We had booked the same room for the full duration of our 4-day team meetup (apart from the first day). However, I later found out that this room should not have been listed on the portal to begin with. Frédérique told me she would rebook us into another room for the remaining days and assured me it was taken care of. At that point, I believed the issue had been resolved. On our last day, however, someone else came into the room saying they had booked it. I was confused since Frédérique had promised that the room was secured for our use. We had made our booking more than a month in advance to avoid issues like this, so it was frustrating that Hedhofis’s mistake left us scrambling at the last minute. When I called Frédérique about it, she told me there was no booking in the system for us. This was very upsetting, as she had specifically told us not to worry and that she had handled the rebooking on our behalf. Instead, she told us to go back into the portal to make a new booking ourselves—which contradicted our agreement that she would correct the mistake. She then suggested we move to another office, which would have forced our entire team to pack up and commute in the middle of the workday. As a compromise, she gave us keys to three small separate offices, which split up our team and completely disrupted our final day of planned activities. This significantly impacted our productivity. Although she apologized and said we would be refunded for that day, when I followed up with her regarding the refund, she never replied and hasn’t reached out since. I had already experienced delays and poor communication from her while trying to book the rooms initially, but this situation was far worse. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how disorganized and unprofessional this entire experience has been.

I've been at Hedhofis for three years now, and I'm finally taking the time to express how satisfied I am. I've had the opportunity to try several coworking spaces over the years (Spaces Cité Multimédia and WeWork Downtown), but the experience at Hedhofis really stands out. I can't ignore Frédérique Simard's dedication. She is always available, accessible, and attentive. They're a small team, but they accomplish a lot. You can tell that Hedhofis is a local company, driven by deeply human values. It's not just a workspace; it's a caring community. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to Frédérique, an invaluable asset to Hedhofis.

It's a beautiful, bright space. The view is incredible and it's a pleasure to work in the office!
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers.
