Spacious and secure premises

Initially charmed by the concept, I quickly realized that the lease was akin to a "blank check." I lost confidence in the management. My advice: read each clause carefully before signing, consult an expert, and remain vigilant.

A truly beautiful place, but at what a price... Sky-high price increases, security deposits that largely end up in their pockets. Actions that don't match their words, as simple as the rules about vehicles left on site overnight, which change mid-route... I'll give them that much, at least. The ultra-courteous service from their handymen is truly excellent. The maintenance is top-notch, and the place really looks very professional. A beautiful place... if you can afford the $$$$

No sense of urgency when we have commercial deadlines 2 parking spaces maximum so if you are there and you have 1 employee your customers cannot park when 2 weeks ago it was ok unprofessional and incompetent people do not know the height of their garage door to finish give 3 months make 3 half walls go your way a nice envelope only ......

Beware of the exorbitant start-up fees for filling holes, moving electrical outlets on the walls, and painting. Unfortunately, Mon Espace Atelier has lost all credibility for me. Their talk of wanting to help small businesses is wrong when you receive the invoice for the work. First of all, with 1.5 months' notice before the end of my lease, they told me that it was increasing my lease by 8%/year or 6% every year for a period of 3 years. I didn't renew and had to find new premises + move in less than 1 month. Secondly, you won't see your security deposit again. They charge you a fee for the work requested (changing an electrical outlet $360 + tax, tank $216 + tax, shelf, etc.) to set up your premises the way you want them, and they charge you upon your departure for the work to "renovate," a cleaning fee of $600 + tax, and for relocating the electrical outlets to match their standard. The problem is that the standard they offer doesn't suit every business. So, in the end, they'll charge the next tenant for their own work requests. They've figured out how to make money, let's say... And still no response from the partners explaining the bill. However, I recognize that they offer good service when you're a tenant, and if you have a problem, they come and fix it quickly.

Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mon Espace Atelier to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Mon Espace Atelier.
3305 & 3321 Avenue de la Gare operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
