A very bad experience. I clearly explained to the representative that I only needed a private office for a few days in July. Since no day passes were available, I was recommended a "Membership – Office 5 Days" subscription, presented as a monthly subscription ("Month to Month") entitling me to 5 days of use. What was never explained to me is that this type of subscription requires one month's notice, starting from the first day of a calendar month. As a result, by signing up on July 2nd, I found myself obligated to pay for August as well, even though my need was limited to a few days in July. I tried to resolve the situation with customer service and with Samuel Rodrigues. Their response was always the same: the contract was signed and they apply the terms and conditions. Avoid this business. They are unreliable and have hidden fees that appear after you sign.

Disappointing customer service. The leasing representative I dealt with provided me with incorrect information and showed a blatant lack of attention to my request. This attitude damages the company's image and demonstrates a lack of professionalism that should be corrected. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and has prompted me to take my business elsewhere.
