Si j'avais pu mettre -5 étoiles, je l'aurais fait ! La salle de coworking est magnifique mais complètement inaccessible. Nous avons tenté une réservation par téléphone, et en personne : impossible ! Nous avons dû faire affaire avec le robot conversationnel qui ne s'adresse pas à la clientèle en français... et qui ne semble pas connecté avec l'équipe du service puisque personne ne s'est présenté aux rendez-vous planifié à travers le robot. Une fois sur place, ce n'était pas la bonne salle qui avait été réservée, il n'y avait aucun moyen de faire la modification sur place à moins de payer 1000$ de plus de l'heure !! C'est complètement insensé... sans parler du manque considérable de formation en service à la clientèle du personnel à l'accueil. Les yeux en l'air, on dérange... bref, une expérience catastrophique que nous ne voulons absolument pas répéter. Nous n'irons donc plus à cet endroit-là. Jamais.

Terrible management, don't waste time, they have closed down all their other offices

Fix the hours online it is not 24h at all, came earlier all locked way to early to be closed people need to study for they're success in life please fix the hours wasted my time and gas to have to some peace and its all closed with no signs of the busines hours either on all doors.

Overall, the experience is disappointing and the value for money is poor. There are many services offered when you rent an office, but once the contract is signed, good luck getting any support. I would recommend looking at other options before committing.
