We rented a commercial space from Mon Espace Atelier for two years, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service is impeccable and very professional, with facilities always well maintained, whether for rental or public use. Upon our departure, everything went smoothly; we received 100% of our security deposit back. We highly recommend Mon Espace Atelier for its professionalism and reliability.

A beautiful space to run your business, all inclusive... until you decide to leave. Thousands of dollars of pure nonsense for four white plywood walls and an epoxy floor. A wonderful experience that ended with my lawyers. Here's how I left the place at the end of my lease; you'll judge for yourself. You can visit all the current tenants and ask their opinions before renting.

Same bad experience as others for the unjustified departure fees which constitute, be aware, an amount that they have no intention of reimbursing you.

I'm trying to open a bank account and they're asking me for a utility bill. Unfortunately, I didn't see one that said everything was included in the lease. My workshop space refuses to help me... I simply asked them to give me a bill so I can open my account with the bank...

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Mon Espace Atelier.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Mon Espace Atelier, who is more than happy to help out.
