Excellent place to work. Highly recommend, location is ideal; close to fine restaurants. Tesla charging station. View on the Dix30. Perfect for hard workers. In 2025, the rent for coworking space is outrageously affordable at this place. 299$ a month. It all depends on your needs. Actually a community, interestingly enough.

The facilities are fantastic and more specifically the owner and employees are kind. I was offered a tour and allowed to use the facilities when I was only driving through and needed to take a meeting.
