Regus is a shameless scam that preys on small businesses with extortionist billing and deplorable service. Their virtual address service was a disaster—weeks of account access issues, constant delays, and zero support forced me to switch providers. Canceling was impossible; they “couldn’t find” my account but still drained months of fees from my card. I had to remove my payment details to stop the charges, only to face relentless payment demands with no satisfaction guarantee. A year and a half later, they reported me to collections, tanking my credit score. With an F rating on the BBB and a vile culture of scamming, Regus is a trap. Run far away from this predatory company!
