Not suitable for businesses to operate out of...zero amendities, "bottomless coffee" as long as you make yourself and the whole building (its a kettle pot).....power or internet goes out, we're told to bad it's not an emergency... the whole place is falling apart and the owners don't have 5 seconds to make sure their long terms tenants are take care of(ive asked to speak to the owners)....this place is a joke and a money grab...I recommend going to the library for better service. I can see the hub responded to this review, just to update everyone, management has never made accommodations. The accommodations this person is referring to is the hidden mailbox fees, I asked to waive because i was under the impression based on their advertising, mail box comes with an office(again this was after i moved in and got my office). But they dont tell you you have to pay for it. Also I emailed them and they took 2 months to email me back, confirming the accommodations they were referring to (the mailbox) No one's called me like i asked,, no one's address my issues and management really is a joke. The fact that the receptionist said to me I wasn't going to get reserved parking (paid by the way) was because my recommendations to have the reserved parking closer to the middle doors (main entrance) just isn't going to happen because im not friends with the owners and I haven't been there long enough (over a year isn't good enough) so im not sure why they even advertised that reserved parking was an option half way through my tenancy. And I was told my management the owners "like to take their time to respond to clients because they dont want to deal with anything". So you know that's nice. 👍 Also washrooms are never clean, always paper towel and hand soap empty, smells, toilets are gross. Cleaned maybe once a week. Also told im asking for to much here. Most offices are empty and the turn over rate I've seen since I was there for a 1.5 years is incredible, there's the long hauler's (who complain about the noise and lack of privacy, owners just dodge the clients) then there's the people like me who stay for a 1 yr to 1.5 years. People dont usually stay longer then that because you can easily work from home and make your own coffee and clean your own washroom and not have immense noise. And not have to pay out of your pocket for it. They have the upstairs common area for the day pass people. They stay until whenever they want long after receptionist leaves, they drink all the coffee and dont replenish, they also make incredible noise and you cant say anything because they paid $250 for the day. And even when they go in the boardroom, boardrooms are also not sound proof so you just hearing them all day. Trying to run your business. There's no noise management because they pay for the day, so noise isn't a thing for them and the common area has offices right beside it (those people complain to), studio B wing has zero ventilation and open air also incredibly dark no hallway lights, receptionist tell you when you close the door you cant hear much. Absolutely not true!!!! I've had them install some noise cancelations foam thingys in the wall gap but it still has big gaps and that's for ventilation purposes. So hot in the summer and cold in the winter. They also make you sign Licensee and Licensor agreement that includes a clause where you waive your rights as a tenant. But they make you have tenant insurance and list them as an additional insured on your policy. So watch out for these common workspaces, dont sign an agreement waiving your rights as a tenant!

Great services. Friendly and so helpful!! Faced a lot of prejudice in the past so it was lovely to be in such a warm welcoming place. And the storage space is wonderful
