My experience was terrible. I went to the reception desk today, April 20, 2026. The employee was very rude and spoke arrogantly. When I asked for a card or address, she said I could find it by searching. Her attitude was very rude and unbecoming of a receptionist. I will not go there again.

Nicole at this location is lovely and so helpful. The monthly invoices over charged me 3x but that wasn't a local issue pretty sure it was somewhere done in another country.

i rented a virtual address in this location and had no contract with REGUS it was month to month bases. i wanted to cancel my account with them so i contacted them on the first of august to give them a 30 day notice but i did not receive any response from them so i call them on 12 of august and talk to a customer service representative they want to charge me 2 MONTHS MORE just because their policy says you cant end an agreement in any other dates except 30 of every month. so i have to pay for the month of august and September even though i am not using any services. and i am not the only one experiencing this issue.
