I would not recommend spending your money here. I would suggest staying at the Fairmont Royal York around the block, where I stayed previously for about the same price and had a much better experience. In my opinion, this does not feel like a 4-star hotel based on the room quality and hotel amenities. I have stayed at several 4-star hotels , and I would rate this property closer to a 3.5-star. There were several issues with the room. Some fixtures, such as the door handles, were falling apart, and the air conditioning unit was noticeably louder than expected. The bathroom sink was poorly positioned next to the bed and extremely small—it honestly felt like using an airplane bathroom. I paid for a Tower Suite with a king bed, but the bed felt more like a queen size. I have a king bed at home and am familiar with the difference, so this was disappointing. As for the suite itself, it did not feel like a true suite. It essentially included an extra sink and a microwave near the entrance, but there was no additional living space or meaningful upgrade in room size. I was not satisfied with my stay and shared my concerns with the representative at checkout when asked about my experience. Unfortunately, the interaction gave the impression that the feedback was being collected as a formality rather than with genuine interest. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not stay here ever again!

Only stayed for 1 night, so based on that it was a good experience. Check in smooth, room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Pretty central location in the city, close to everything. Valet parking was $60+tax so opted to self park somewhere else, otherwise overall good experience. Main lobby is also nice. They also gave us a $20 voucher to use at the cafe which was nice for grabbing coffee the next morning. Would book again.
