Excellent staff. Great pricing. About $250 for a Saturday night, in Oct 2026. Very roomy rooms. And the room included a kitchen. We likely won't be booking Airbnbs for Toronto stays anymore. If you need to park, you can park at the Scotiabank Plaza. It was $14 at the Scotiabank Plaza for a Saturday night and s Sunday morning.

Extremely disappointing stay. The front desk service was rude and unprofessional, and we felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Room 1516 had a loud, persistent generator-like noise, poor shower pressure, and the water turned cold after just a few minutes. For approximately $450 a night, I expected much better service and room conditions. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Esta en el viejo Toronto muy bien ubicado llegué caminando 6 cuadras con maleta desde union station y esta cerca de la torre y otros lugares de Interés. Es un edificio de 50 pisos tuve vistas hermosas de la noche y el amanecer desde mi ventana

Highlight of our stay: THE STAFF 💕 Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. The doorman, concierge, staff by the elevators, bartenders were all so nice. We left something behind at the event hall the night before and everyone especially Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciate the team at One King West. We stayed at the newer tower on the 46th floor and room was spacious and clean. Nice view of downtown Toronto. One side of the building is the historical Dominion Bank and you can still see the vault which is really cool!
