This location houses their client who has been sending scam and fraudulent emails to our legal office in Vancouver, even though they've been flagged by the BBB. I guess Regus doesn't believe in proper due diligence when deciding who should use their services and office space. I've left a phone message for their Community Manager to let them know. Imagine Regus being okay with providing services to fraudulent companies at this location and not taking any responsibility. Imagine signing up for space here knowing your business and business address is linked to those same companies. Accountability and integrity is not a core strength apparently.

Do not use this company. I signed up for two of their locations . I canceled on July 3rd because I was over billed and a proper explanation was not given to me . I am being forced to pay for July and August when the said was suppose to start July 15th . I thought my Paine r for July was enough. I feel cheated, lied to , bullied . Please stay away from Regus .

The staff at the desk here are plenty friendly and the space well attended to. No co-working space, just a lounge + offices + kitchen.

  • At Regus - Toronto - Yonge and Richmond Centre, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
