Stay away from this company. This is the worst experience you could get. Deceptive. They have an admin tech issue and they overcharge you, and it takes months, and much energy to try to get them to revert back, and adjust the right amounts. Nobody in the company responds, and when they do, they promise things will be solved in a few days, but they keep charging your credit card, and they also charge you more than they are supposed to. Terrible experience, and they keep your money. Stay away!

WARNING! Do not sign any agreements with this company. They are extremely deceptive and dishonest in their business. I signed a 12 month agreement with them two years ago. I completed my term honorably even though I barely used any of their services. They are still charging my credit card and refuse to stop. They will never stop charging you once they have your payment information on file. And Julia Yanez, the community manager will pretty much laugh at you via email and tell you there's nothing she can do to stop robbing you. How they're still in business is beyond me. No care for their customers or their reputation.

Beware of Hidden Fees and Deceptive Practices! I signed up for this service based on an advertised monthly fee, but was immediately hit with surprise charges that were never disclosed upfront. What was supposed to be a simple subscription quickly turned into a total nightmare with unexpected fees for activation, storage, and “next month’s service,” among others. When I tried to cancel within two days, I was told I couldn’t do so for at least two months, completely unreasonable. After consulting a lawyer, I learned this company is likely violating several consumer protection laws. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Their business practices are misleading and unfair. If I could give zero stars, I would. I see other people are complaining for same issues here. I will report to various customer protection agencies with the hope they will stop these delinquents harming others in the future.

Be forewarned; Regus (aka Spaces, IWG PLC...) do not prioritize the client's/tenant's interests. Review your contract before making ANY commitment. Do not commit long-term (even though it is most economical), as issues will arise, but will not be dealt with quickly/accordingly. In our case, disregarding a variety of smaller issues experienced, Regus have taken little to no responsibility for providing less than adequate office space. Having submitted > 20 formal/written complaints over a period of 14-months, my team continues to experience significant temperature fluctuation issues in our office room (+/- 30 degrees Celsius, and +/- 18 degrees Celsius - in the thick of WINTER - oftentimes in the same day). Local, regional, and even national managerial staff have failed to demonstrate any level of prudence, or good faith that any large organization should value. "We are investigating the issues you are experiencing..." bla, bla, bla. Months go by as they "investigate." Absolutely zero concern on their part, and certainly no reimbursement for not being able to use the space as agreed to. Review EVERY clause in your contract before making ANY commitment. It's clearly too one-sided. The Yonge & Lawrence location, and other midtown Toronto locations, are managed by local staff that have zero ability to act in your best interest. They're handcuffed by their superiors. They confess they are put in situations by superiors that they do not agree with/feel uncomfortable handling. This puts you, the tenant, in a very awkward/uncomfortable position. I'd seek alternate co-working space where your interests are more valued over a monthly payment for 100 SF of space...

I left a review 2 months ago (Ivan Mak) saying I can't terminate the contract. Their staff Cherry San Diego finally replied to me asking for $1671.79 in order to close the account. The amount of course includes the fees during these two months.
