An exceptional, high-utility infrastructure hub for scaling operations and executing focused deep work. Most shared workspaces fail due to poor acoustic management and inefficient layout logistics, but this facility is engineered flawlessly. The enterprise-grade network infrastructure ensures zero connectivity latency & the physical asset distribution - from ergonomic dedicated desks to structurally isolated meeting rooms - is optimized for high-level productivity. The demographic here consists entirely of serious operators, founders & market professionals, eliminating the standard retail noise and creating a high-value networking equilibrium. Administrative overhead is non-existent bcz the management team handles logistics with absolute precision. A premium, streamlined environment built for serious capital efficiency and corporate performance. Highly recommended node for any serious business asset in the GTA.

I am a current client of Spaces Yorkville I had 2 offices for 4 years already. One day they came with a notice to kick me out of my office just to give the office to a company beside me and called it a business decision. They also doubling rent for companies that stay loyal to them. It’s better if you are looking for an office to go to the coworking space above Sephora on Bloor they actually treat your business well. They have my office to another company who is just a neighbour of ours. They placed snacks in this office. I will make sure that this screw up of Nicole is going to be viral. They didn’t even come to me to talk about it and caused business damages. Now I will make sure this story is heard on all press releases in Canada and the USA.

At the conclusion of my company's one year lease, they tried to tack on a $600 "priority internet" fee. We never paid for an interest subscription through them and even opted out when we moved in. Even if we did, the Internet was awful there. They also added a $1237 cleaning fee for some reason. They claim it was for a full revamp of the office which we can see was not done. When you leave, they make sure you don't want to come back. Back practices. On a positive note, onsite staff are pleasant and helpful. The problem comes from the top.

Run away. Their billing department is a scam. I was overcharged for extra months, I cannot pay online because their system is broken. And then charged late fees because of their broken system. their support is useless. I've documented everything and will be filing a business complaint. This has been going on for months. The front desk ppl are nice but they're just there to greet you. Don't fall for that. If you want to spend hours stuck in a Regus loop of billing hell, sign up with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Spaces - Toronto - Queen West is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
