Really didn't want to write this review, but after 1+yrs and patiently trying to work through the many issues, I feel like its needed so you don't go through the agony of this place, and having since moved (there are way better options). This is a zero out of five experience, you will be disappointed. The list is long of reasons, most of which the private offices are essentially coworking boxes with thin walls, so nothing is private. Read the other reviews, between the local landlord slow to improve or not improve agreed upon amenities, and the corporate beast of IWG, they do nothing to serve its tenants. It's a soulless place to work. Oh and their ticketing system mentioned in other comments to resolve, is just their faceless way of saying no. This is a hands off, no one can doing anything to help you and they have you locked in a contract, their approach is they don't need to do anything.

Really disappointing experience with Regus so far. They send late invoices when you pay early, promise furnishing that never arrives and without explanation, advance notice, or accountability. Their computer system is glitchy and disorganized and they bill for things without prior agreement. Customer service is shoddy, and you’re lucky if they acknowledge the issue rather than “washing their hands of it” and passing it off to the “next person” . “This is how it is” is the response you’re most likely to get to account for a lack of logic or ethics. The space itself is nice, with a great view, but I’m not sure it’s worth the added stress and the corrupt ethics that need to be dealt with.

Had an awful experience, signed up for what I thought was month to month and realized buried in the T&Cs was a full year commitment. The space was under construction, so I couldn’t actually work there, but even though the space was unfinished, noise, and lacked any call rooms, they refused to release me from the contract. I had to review them online to even get a conversation started and they still refused to release me and made me pay for an additional 6 months.

Looks like they got some bots to bump up the score, fret not folks, there are superior co-working spaces in the city, no need to use their services.

This is a great coworking space with everything you need, fast wifi, good amenities and free coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Kat at the front desk does a great job of getting to know everyone and creating a professional and productive work environment.
