I had an office here for years with one of my companies and it worked well. Staff was very good and always responded and most of all were flexible when it was time for us to move. That is super helpful for small companies going through changes many of us did through COVID and challenges of rising costs of everyday living. Appreciate it.

I was at that location today. I had an exceptionally terrible experience at their reception desk on 16 floor. There were two people : young man and woman at the reception they were having fun talking to each other.I came there on an interview. So when I entered their office area I asked for help to find my company suit. Lady responded to me to take a sit and nothing more.I told them that I was late on interview and asked how they could help me with that, they replied just wait. I took a sit. There is no any sign to understand if you are in the right place. So i asked them about my company name again and asked to notify them that I was there present that i ccame oon interview. Young man yelled at me : "I don't have to do anything for you". I answered ok .Then I stood up and decided to notify by myself. So I asked a man walkiing by about my company name and he pointed reception desk and receptionist told me I'm not allowed to do anything and said my rights. Another woman receptionist told me in a rude way that they are main company and my company where I go on interview renting only place there so it's not their job to help me.

Do not use Regus. You cancel before the renewal date, and they will keep charging you money. We had to cancel our Visa to get them to stop. Now they are trying to send a personal name to the credit bureau over a corporate contract.
