ONE YEAR LATER...they still refuse to cancel and keep trying to bill us. They are worse than a gym. Do not waste your money here. Trust me, you do not want to deal with this company. It's all good...until you want to cancel. It's harder to quit than a corporate gym.

BEWARE: A serious warning to all businesses. Do not trust the price you see on their website. This company uses deceptive practices like DRIP PRICING and price MANIPULATION by hiding mandatory fees. On September 4th, I rented an virtual office FOR 1 MONTH from their official website, the final checkout screen clearly showed a total of $71 for our online office application for ONE MONTH. After payment is done, I ve noticed my credit card was charged $192. I asked them what that is? Their justification is that a non-refundable "activation fee" and other charges are mentioned somewhere in the agreement and they charged. they also sent an email asking my ID COPY, and other personal info with AUTOMATICALLY ADDED MAIL SERVICE which is 35$ without my approval, even without asking if I would like to have it. I Didnt finish yet. When I discovered the overcharge, I cancelled on the EXACT SAME DAY of the opening date. Their response was to refuse the refund of the $192 they took and to inform me that my cancellation would not take effect until October 31st because of 30day notice rule written somewhere in the agreement :D They took my money based on a misleading price, and now they refuse to give it back. they AUTOMATICALLY ADDED 35$ MORE and one month more I have to have an online office address. BEWARE 1 MONTH OF THEIR VIRTUAL OFFICE ADDRESS SERVICE COST WILL NOT BE THE ADVERTISED AMOUNT ( $71 in my case) IT WILL BE around $300. ( 71+121+35+71 ) I have no idea who told them this is a legal way to conduct business, but I have some good news. Since they refuse to resolve this, the Better Business Bureau, the Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA), Service Alberta's CIU, and the Competition Bureau of Canada will now help them learn what is legal in a few days :D (for the owner of this account, let me say in advance, I'll not raise a case through the Help section of my online account. I've already sent emails to managers)

Beware of Hidden Fees and Deceptive Practices! I signed up for this service based on an advertised monthly fee, but was immediately hit with surprise charges that were never disclosed upfront. What was supposed to be a simple subscription quickly turned into a total nightmare with unexpected fees for activation, storage, and “next month’s service,” among others. When I tried to cancel within two days, I was told I couldn’t do so for at least two months, completely unreasonable. After consulting a lawyer, I learned this company is likely violating several consumer protection laws. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Their business practices are misleading and unfair. If I could give zero stars, I would. I see other people are complaining for same issues here. I will report to various customer protection agencies with the hope they will stop these delinquents harming others in the future.
