I have been calling for 3 days and no one answers. What happened? Left message to community manager, no response. What’s wrong?

Woeful billing department. We pay every single invoice on time. We have been chased by a debt collection agency 3 times now due to an inability on the Regus end to reconcile payments. When you call them, the line goes straight to voicemail. Emails seem to disappear into nowhere. Stay well clear of this business.

I got to say Michael Smith and his team not only wasted an entire day but messaged me every hour through that entire day. How I would get a call in the next 10 minutes? At first I was upset and then I just sounded comical. I just figured I screenshotted it post it

Our company is extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication provided by Mr. K of Regus. The experience shows a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and proper handling of our account. Despite multiple written requests to stop subscription charges, Regus—under Mr. Kalla’s management—continued billing us against our explicit instructions. When we tried to terminate the agreement, we were unable to access the portal because it was incorrectly assigned to a third party who was only involved in the initial setup, even though Regus had already been corresponding directly with us by email. On top of that, the renewal notice was sent to the wrong person instead of our actual point of contact, depriving us of the chance to review or approve any renewal. This pattern raises serious concerns about Regus’s internal processes and respect for customer consent. ---- Update: Their office requested that I contact them, but when I call, the phone system tells me to log in using the portal. As I already mentioned in my review, the portal is not registered under my name. Mr. Kalla has my details and knows exactly who I am (I hope after 3 months of torture). Regus, please feel free to contact me directly and stop the billing immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
