On Google maps it says it's open 24/7 Mon - Fri. Decided to pay a visit but when I got there it's closed.

I’ve always had excellent experiences with the staff. They are quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Kerry-Ann, who has dedicated many years to providing outstanding service at the 2 Bloor St West tower, and to Marlon, whose efforts I greatly appreciate. However, the company’s management appears to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. They have implemented questionable practices, such as reducing the scope of services while increasing prices and attempting to lock customers into long-term contracts without explicit approval. These tactics feel unfair and undermine the trust customers place in the company.

The place is great, price is good and the system works well. What concerns me was the person working there. I tried to call here EIGHT times over the course of about 4 hours with no answer. My colleague then proceeded to show up and she casually stated that she was "at lunch" with zero sense of feeling accountable for ignoring this many efforts to reach her on an urgent matter. There was virtually no one at the office visible and she did not seem overloaded with work. This presumptuous lack of care and manners and reasonable etiquette took really took away from the excellent space. Sorry I have to do this, but I feel there is a need to address this one area of concern.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Their cancellation policy is a scam. I booked because their office hours were closed, upon phoning in the morning I found out they don’t offer private call booths (which I thought was pretty standard for coworking spaces I’ve visited globally). I asked to cancel my booking which they then told me I had to do online. When I finally went through the hassle of cancelling, they still charged me which I then inquired about. The manager said they would see what they could do and later sent me a screenshot of their cancellation policy stating the charge was still legitimate. A complete waste of everybody’s time. Honestly it’s not about the money, but just a disgusting lack of consideration after I took time out of my day as a customer to open up a spot for them. I’ve never stepped into the building, but the pre customer experience was so bad, I never plan to visit a Regus.

Was super easy to book a meeting room. Prime location and affordable prices. Staff were super friendly. I wanted to occupy the space 15 mins before my booking time to set things up and the staff were more than welcoming of it. Great work here !

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Regus - Toronto - Bloor and Yonge operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
