What a crazy experience. Started with bad wifi although they charged me without my consent for "Premium wifi". Then increased my membership price from $320 a month to $540 a month without any notice, and then saying it was because that's how it works for the new year. Finally I had to fight very hard when I wanted to cancel just to get my initial deposit back. I canceled in Feb, received my refund end of April after multiple emails and phone calls and visits. Run away from this place, it'll cause way more problems than it should.

We moved out as people were moving into our office. Everything was cleaned and everything was taken care of and Spaces corporate still charged me $4000+ for a restoration fee of the space. If you’re considering ANY Spaces location, read your contract very very carefully before, because regardless of how you leave the space - you will never receive your “restoration fee” back. It’s a cash grab. Not a deposit in the traditional sense. They charge it regardless. I regret cleaning anything.

Pros: Fifteen minutes from my house The cubicle setup is inexpensive and gives an option with more privacy than most in that price range The gym facilities are nice, as well as the cafeteria in the building and pickleball Cons: Coffee and tea cost money No clear rules about phone calls, which means inconsiderate people are having hour long calls in common spaces even when phone booths are available and staff will not step in Space rental is $50/hour for events (other spaces do it for free) Unclear pricing system (in initial meeting, you are set up with a “sales” person who arbitrarily gives you “deals” and the process is opaque Phone booth space is limited for the occupancy Common areas are large communal desks and seem pretty loud. It’s not ideally set up. No printing facilities Lighting is poor, windows are darkened and most spaces are not setup near windows

Worst onboarding and off-boarding experience! They only care if you have made the payment in time. The sales rep will lie in the sales pitch about the prices to get you close the deal. Always double check! Once offboarded, goodluck getting your security refund back. It has been 6 months since I have left and I am still stuck in their red-tapism to get the refund back.
