They use unethical billing practices. They will keep threatening higher and higher rates to try to lock you in at a slightly lower long-term rate. Oral promises will be made and then ignored followed up by an email threatening a much higher over market rate unless you accept the long-term current rate. In other words, if you ask, or even breach the subject of a lower long-term rate, they will try to trap you long-term in your current rate. Just pathetic business practices and a hassle and they seem to get a kick out of it. No one likes to be manipulated and its a stupid way to try to retain tenants. Probably a large part of the reason turnover is so high and offices are empty. Not a place you can expect to feel comfortable growing a business. Go somewhere else to avoid the unnecessary headaches.

If you are looking for a good place to run a business and some consistency so you can focus on your work, this is not it. Always trying to gouge you. Staff backtrack and ignore. Horrible customer service. Shop around.
