After years of dealing with Regus, both in a physical office and later a virtual one, I can confidently say this is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever encountered. The physical office experience was a disaster—stolen items from the community area, and questionable activities happening on the floor after hours. We eventually switched to a virtual office for mail, but even that has been a headache. Despite their constant yearly price hikes, Regus didn’t bother to send us a renewal notice this time. When we brought it to their attention, they admitted they renewed our contract four months early without notifying us—no email, no communication. They then had the audacity to say it's the client’s responsibility to track due dates, and that their email reminders are merely a "courtesy." So here’s my "courtesy" review: Avoid Regus. There are far better and more professional office spaces available, especially on the waterfront. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Brookfield place has a very good Regus office, with great views, a well equipped kitchen, and modern furniture. I have a business lounge membership, and I found the environment at Regus Brookfield place to be a good place to be productive. I also wanted to give a shout out to Adam, Marcela, and Sookriti for being amazing staff, they are always happy to help.
