Workhaus has been an amazing coworking space. Over the past two years, my team and I have had a really good experience having an office at Workhaus' Bay Street location. Some of the things I love about it are: - Clean and quiet workspace that is conducive to all kinds of work modalities - Availability of board rooms for collaborative work - Quiet spaces to take individual meetings if needed. - Wonderfully supportive, kind and helpful staff. A special shout out to Risa Santos who works tirelessly to ensure that all the members of the community are well cared for. - Really good office amenities (copier, shredder, coffee machine) - Fostering a sense of community through events every quarter. I would recommend Workhaus to anyone looking to elevate their work space with a mix of professionalism, belonging and fun. P.S this location is super convenient to commute to.

I echo the comment about the management team being arrogant and rude. I must add that they have no value system, no ethics, no respect for agreements. They only care about getting your money. I would not recommend Workhaus as coworking space. Don't be fooled about their ads. After leaving them, I started to shop around and I found out that Toronto has amazing coworking spaces for entrepreneurs. So look around but stay away from these guys
56 Temperance Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Workhaus.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workhaus, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
