I came to their office opening and I was told only lawyers are accepted, even though nothing of that nature was stated on their invitation card.
I would highly recommend Wolf Law Chambers to all those seeking professional office space - they can't be beat!
It's perfect for a solo practitioner or small firm. This is a great modern workplace for any lawyer or paralegal. It's all the prestige of the Financial District at an affordable price. It also has nice views and a lot of amenities. To name a few: (1) You're on the PATH; (2) If you have kids, there is a daycare in the building; and (3) If you like to workout, there's a gym in the building. WLC Close to St. Andrew and Osgoode subway stations (5 minute walk) and close to the Union GO (10 minute walk). There is parking in the building - $34/day on a weekday, $12/day on a weekend. There are offices, work stations, common areas and room to grow. While you can be a virtual tenant at a great price, the real draw is to get a private office. The tenants and staff are collegial and bring a positive energy to the office. Moreover, the team is COVID-conscious with cleaning and masking policies. I really felt safe here. As a solo practitioner, it's scary taking on additional expenses, especially when you're starting out. However, my experience was that I became more productive (and more profitable) when I had a professional office and colleagues to go every day of the week. Furthermore, the clients I have brought to the board room are universally impressed and my colleagues are jealous of the view from my window. Come see it for yourself. :)
