Friendly, helpful staff and excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. I was surprised when the day after moving in I received a call alerting me that I had put my lock on incorrectly. This is because they do a check of all of the units daily to ensure that they are locked. When I arrived, one of the staff showed me how to lock up correctly. Moving out was also a breeze—I was able to move out with less notice than my contract indicated. Clean facilities, central location, no complaints. If I ever need storage again this is who I’ll use.
The staff here are amazing! Jeff and Diane were incredibly helpful in holding my items for me and assisting me upon arrival. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
