I rented a studio at Spacework for quite some time and overall had a positive experience. The facility is clean, secure, and offers a good environment for artists and small businesses. The staff was always professional and courteous, and communication was generally smooth whenever I needed assistance. The community and flexibility of the space made it a good place to work, and I'm grateful for the time I spent there. Wishing the team at Spacework continued success.
Great space and a great team supporting it.
I rented here for close to 10 years until I retired. It has everything you want for your shop. Ample parking, WiFi, Garbage bins, 3 loading docks, friendly experienced staff on site, industrial sinks, high ceilings, air filtration, AC, decent washrooms, various sized spaces, an industrial elevator to the second floor storage area, pump trucks, pallets, rolling plywood carts, camera security, multiple access doors, and it is kept clean and tidy. I also appreciated that they enforced their occupancy rules. This makes it better for everyone. You won’t find at better shop rental place in Toronto.
Good space for what I needed in a workshop; large parking lot, loading dock & loading elevator, personal locked workshop space, and a paint sink. Lovely owner and manager who were very kind about my short term rental needs. The other tenants I met were also very nice people who own all sorts of interesting businesses.
We rented a unit from SpaceWorks between June 2025 - December 2025 to temporarily operate our SampleLibrary. The space perfectly suited our needs. The loading docks were always available and we found the provided skids and pump trucks valuable for handling large shipments. The management team was exceptionally friendly, flexible, and helpful. We highly recommend renting a unit here.
