I was quite pleased when visiting this co-working space. The place is nice and tidy, with adequate space. They also have a few offices around the city which you can use feely if signed up for a space at one of them. The prices are very reasonable as you are right downtown and they offer coffee, tea, water, all with reusable cups, plates and cutlery (or paper cups if you need it to go). The dishwasher is run over night usually, another nice touch as it saves time and water use versus hand washing each item. You also get credits to use conference rooms, which was clutch and although there were no large rooms at the office we were using, there was a perfect one across the street. The only issue with the main location we were using is that the elevator does not go to that floor, strange and not an issue for me, but really not accessible for others and I can see this being an issue, they of course let you know in advance thus you can always choose another location as that one did have an elevator directly to their floor.

Had a private office here which was nice and quite. The community was great, everyone was really friendly and professional. The staff are amazing, Tori and Carla are always super helpful and addressed any problems with the space very quickly. The parties were lots of fun and they hold a ton of great member/community events.

Great environment! We worked out of the Bay office for a couple years, and I made sure to always take advantage of the supplied coffee and tea. A great environment to work and everything you need is available.

Met great people while working out of the Loft location. Creative vibe with friendly neighbours and staff. Can’t say we ever encountered any issues and look forward to working with them again.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Workhaus.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workhaus, who is more than happy to help out.
