What I like most about working at Industrious is how much they go beyond what you’d expect from a typical workspace. Having 24-hour access makes a huge difference for my schedule, and I really appreciate that it’s not just a standard office setup—it feels a lot more flexible and comfortable. Plus, the little things like community events and having breakfast and lunch provided make it feel more welcoming and connected, not just a place to work. One thing I’d like to see improved at Industrious is building even more opportunities for connection within the community. The events and amenities are already great, but it would be really interesting to have something like a community stand where different companies can be highlighted—either by request or on a rotating daily or weekly basis. It could give members a better sense of who’s around them and what everyone is working on. Along the same lines, partnering more directly with member companies to plan special weekly events could make the space feel even more collaborative and engaging. Special shoutout to Jeff the community manager!

My company and I have had an office at this space for almost 3 years now - it's amazing and far better than our previous office space in North York. The team is extremely fun, friendly, and helpful. There are happy hours on Thursdays to meet others, and the office spaces themselves are nice and high-quality. There are soundproof phone booths as well, free chocolate at the front desk, and various events that occasionally occur. All in all, it is a great spot that balances focussed work with social interactions - would highly recommend any business to work here.

Have to say one of the worst experiences i had in coworking office. It is sad to do this as i am a fan of industrious in general but not this location. Jeff and the team are barely available in person and never available when calling in. My boss and i had a very bad experience. I hope industrious fixes this bad service in this location.

The company I work for has been at Industrious on on Bloor in Toronto for over 1 year. The team at this location and the service they provide is unmeasurable! Absolutely lovely people who strive to provide the best and succeed! Cannot recommend them and the location enough.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Industrious, who is more than happy to help out.
