This place is the worst place ever don’t ever rent from this place they are dishonest, and they will take your money and won’t pay you back , I have been gone from this location for about 2 months now and they refuse to pay me back my deposit when leaving , they been giving me the run around, there numbers are fake it’s a fake company run by Hamza Jalil and just 4 months I was locked out my suite due to them not paying there rent to landlord . This place is very sketchy . It has been the worst 3 years I’m still waiting on my deposit $400 deposit I still have not got back

This company is dishonest and unethical. I prepaid several months rent, then a week later they abruptly closed the building, because they are not paying Thier landlord. They will not answer my calls or refund my money. Stay far away from Zemlar.

This is the 3rd location to be closed down due to them not paying rent! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

Zemlar is a dishonest and unethical leasing company. They collect rent from their tenants but fail to pay it to the landlord, leading to properties being shut down and tenants locked out. This company operates in bad faith and should be avoided at all costs. On July 8 the tenants at the 25 Sheppard Ave. West location were locked out because Zemlar failed to pay the landlord the rent they collected from their tenants for several months. This is their second location to be shut down in the last few months for failure to pay rent.
