1 star review is the evident that their accouting team and operation management team are filthy and disgusting. Hamza and his team will make you run once you are a regular tenant. Zemlar does not pay the rent to their own owner of the building in time but will keep charging you for the office you have been tenanted. This is how they take out the money to fill their accounts and would stop paying ahead. Owner shut our office down and told us to inform Zemlar to pay our dues. Also, I have talked around to 20 customers who took virtual office and when they left before the time because their office space was taken over by the owner and Zemlar never paid them their rent and all customer never got their security deposit back. Hamza and his entire team is Fraud. please stop going to Zemlar and save your money.

I have had the exact same experience. I prepaid several months rent, then a week later they gave me 2 days notice to leave. They will not communicate with me. They owe me thousands of dollars. Please do not rent from this company, as they are unethical and are continuing this practice.

Zemlar is a dishonest and unethical leasing company. They collect rent from their tenants but fail to pay it to the landlord, leading to properties being shut down and tenants locked out. This company operates in bad faith and should be avoided at all costs.
