Everything was great until the end. I took it for 4 hours but they don’t have an hourly rate. Hence ended up taking the day pass, and to my surprise they don’t have the machine to accept payments. Asked me for cash, which I didn’t want to (given they are charging her as well). It took over 5 mins to go through all the hassle of e-transfer, they took minutes to confirm the email id.. and when I gave this feedback the manager actually told me these words: 5 mins is not a long time, and we don’t have the machine so what should we do. Least you can do is own it and let us know before hand!! My Uber just cancelled on me cos I took more than 5 minutes (which apparently is not a long time for this manager guy)
