My business partner and I were in the area for business and needed a space to work for a few hours. We were welcomed with open arms. The staff we met were super friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend.

This space was a delight to work in. The office space is newly renovated, clean and modern. The boardroom has a nice large table with plenty chairs. There is a white board and TV with HDMI cord, water, pens, highlighters, etc. The shared space has an espresso machine, kettle and sink. Bathroom was tip top. Hand sanitizer and lysol wipes located everywhere for use. Owner was very friendly and included WIFI password, door code and his phone number on the white board in case we needed anything. WOULD USE AGAIN.

Lovely space to work, everything looks fresh, modern and comfortable. The parking is great and the office is nicely accessible.

365 Vine Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Syndicate Spaces on Vine.
