Such a scam, be aware of the auto-renewal clause that automatically renews months before your initial term is up. Terrible and avoid. P.S. that they have no idea who I am in their response to this review, shows how many people they're in conflict with over their policies.

I wanted to get a space. But the sales team was very unprofessional. The sales guy pretty much insulted me by accusing me of lying about what I do as a profession. Wasted my time asking me to wait for a sales manager, then meeting with the sales manager. NoAll I wanted is to see the desk or the room and know the price. But they would not show or say until wasting tons of your time. They wanna waste your time so that by the time you see the place and know their price, you don't have energy to look at other options. Please don't do that. I don't wanna have 30 minutes meeting to know the price and see the room.

Very disappointed with there service. I was looking for an office or 2 to start up my business, my own music academy. I had scheduled an appointment with a very friendly gentleman, Jesus who showed me around, encouraged not to give up and said, after a brief consult with 2 ladies ag the reception that they'd be happy having me and mu students there. I had many disappointments before, so I insisted on Jesus asking his headquarters if music academy would be allowed due to the noise, and what we, I would need to do to soundproof and to accommodate with other tenants. I also asked if they could make kind of a survey or just ask those businesses near by to my potential offices if they would be OK with a tolerable noise. After I waited for around 2 weeks, Jesus contacted me and said that the headquarters prohibited me to rent there. In addition to that, he said that all of the offices were gone which in reality, they were still available as I came after with someone else and was told that those offices were still unoccupied. 😳 I don't understand why Jesus was so encouraging in the beginning, and why he drastically changed his whole attitude towards me. Not a great feeling. He didn't ask further if he could help me with finding something affordable or didn't offer anything to help my situation. He heard that I'm poor, building my business from scratch, and that I don't have money to pay for more expensive accommodations. And he right away, backed out and disappeared.

Ramona was unwilling to even try to resolve an issue we had with booking. Laziest front desk person I ever saw and when I asked for the manager or someone else she said she was the manager for 14 years yet she did not know how to fix any issues. When we left, her laptop was open with all emails showing on the desk and she was nowhere to be found which is a huge security risk - 15 minutes later she was seen smoking on the main floor while the office is on the 3rd floor. She was wearing gross leggings with holes in them and cat hair on them as well, not very professional. Whoever owns or runs Regus needs to retrain her or replace her ASAP because word spreads fast about the is kind of employee.
