My business has been located at Unicity since October 2024. My experience at Unicity has been very positive. I love my office space and my fellow occupants are pleasant and professional. All my interactions with the people who help to operate Unicity have been favourable and helpful.

Unicity was an amazing place for us to launch and scale up our professional services business. We started with one office and added space as our team grew. Having a beautifully finished, professional looking space with amenities like kitchen and boardrooms made it a pleasure to come to work and also made a great impression on our clients.

Called and left a message on Tuesday to see the place and didn’t get a call back. Called today and nobody called me back. I left a message on their Facebook page and stopped by. They said regular office hours apply. I waited for an hour and a half to account for their lunch break and still, nobody showed up. The place looks empty and there’s no secretary, help or support to be found anywhere. Not a good first impression.
