I have lived near this Staples for 5 years and use the printing services every 3 months or so. I also took passport photos here. I have never left without a headache and pure disbelief at how poorly it went. Printers are always malfunctioning, staff are nice but often incorrect or not helpful, and photos for passports are rejected. Worth driving somewhere else or buying a printer to avoid this location.

Very disappointed with my experience at this coworking space. I specifically chose it because I needed a quiet place to study, but there was a loud event taking place that made it almost impossible to concentrate. What frustrated me the most was that I was never informed in advance that the space would be hosting a noisy event. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements instead of wasting my time and money. If you’re advertising a coworking or study space, members should be notified ahead of time whenever events are expected to significantly increase noise levels.

I had an amazing coworking session at Staples Studio! I was in Ottawa for an appointment and had to work remotely for the day. Onyi at the front desk was amazinggg at explaining the facilities available, making sure I was set up comfortably, and providing recommendations to continue my work after this studio closed for the day. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a space to work out of for a day or more.
