Do not use this company. We had a contract that we cancelled almost two years ago and Regus is still billing us. Good luck trying to get them to cancel anything. My advice: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Edited to add: we tried to deal with the company, but 1) it's impossible to contact anyone directly and 2) they simply insist you agreed to be keep being billed even if your contract ended. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Small business owners should approach this company with caution and carefully review all contractual terms before signing. The initial contract appears short (approximately half a page), but it incorporates additional terms and conditions through links to external pages. These linked terms contain important obligations and fees that may not be immediately obvious to someone reviewing the document quickly. Several charges are also structured in a way that requires the customer to actively opt out or closely track deadlines. For example, the agreement cannot be cancelled even shortly after signing, and there is a restoration fee equivalent to approximately two months’ rent. There are also other charges that may apply unless the client remembers to opt out. In addition, the agreement requires cancellation several months before the end of the term. If that deadline is missed, the contract automatically renews for another term at a substantially higher price. The company also requires a deposit equal to two months’ rent. In my experience, this deposit is not automatically refunded at the end of the contract unless it is specifically requested, and it is not applied toward the restoration fee. While these terms may technically be disclosed in the fine print, the overall structure of the agreement places a heavy burden on customers to identify and monitor multiple conditions and deadlines. I would strongly encourage any prospective client, especially small business owners to read every linked document and term in detail before signing.

BE CAREFUL WITH REGUS. It's daylight robbery, in my opinion. My contract with them was due to end in September 2025. They informed me that the rent increase was 36% (from $925 to almost $1,500). I spoke with the manager in writing, and they agreed to a 5% increase for a two-year contract. They sent me a link to sign the contract. I noticed that it said “accept” without any further details. I informed the manager and told her that I wanted to see and read the contract before signing it. She came to my office to tell me to click on ‘accept’ and then I would be able to see the contract, read it, sign it, and initial it. When I clicked on “accept,” I saw that it said I had signed the contract. I informed the manager and she told me she would send me the contract. When I receive the contract, I see that it is a 10% increase and a one-year contract. I informed the manager, who told me not to worry, everything would be corrected in September 2025. Unfortunately, in September 2025, I received my first bill, and it is still 10%. I informed the manager and she told me that her boss said they couldn't change anything. They have already charged me $40 every month for coffee for several months, even though I never asked for a coffee subscription. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH REGUS. In a few days, I will publish our conversations here. We will end up in court with them over all this.

It's a scam. They are not going to let you cancel your contract. I'm going to sue them. I stopped my online contract and they continue to send me invoices. You will have no way of speaking to them on the phone. A real scam. Be very, very careful.
