Visited there with family after landed in Ottawa back in July. Harman(the guy at front) allowed us to use the lounge when we arrived in YOW since it was during a slow time early afternoon during the week. It's a small lounge but the food was actually surprisingly good! We enjoyed the food and stayed for a short period of time. Definitely worth visiting if you have lounge passes. FYI. If you are travelling to USA, you need to go through regular security, come here. Then go out, re enter US security and customs. Visited again on a Saturday in August. Keep in mind, they open at 10am on the weekends which is a bit late if you are catching early flight.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
