This lounge is a good place to stop by and relax before a flight. The food was okay but the staff were excellent! Afshan, in particular, helped my husband and I at the front desk when there was an issue with our membership. Later during our stay she brought over some delicious hot chocolate she made, to our table because she noticed that we were experiencing trouble navigating the hot beverage machine. Violetta was also very kind to us. It was lovely talking to her and she definitely made a positive impact on us.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
