This place is stunning! The art is incredible and I absolutely love the atmosphere here. I just started a painting workshop which takes place in the gallery and it's so inspiring to be learning and creating art in a space filled with such beautiful art pieces! A must check out if you're in Orillia.

Since opening their doors in Downtown Orillia Creative Nomad Studios have worked with the broader community to lead and be an immediate meaningful partner for so many activities, opportunities, and personal endeavors. While we think of it as space, Creative Nomad Studios is so much more than what they have built and what they offer. Room bookings, rentals, and events do not tell the full story of what they offer and how they do business. The guiding principles I have witnessed since coming through their doors show so much more. Their desire to create lasting partnerships, champion diverse events and activities, support service clubs, and a willingness to offer their space to enhance and showcase community endeavors, tells the story of true community builders. In saying that community does not thrive and grow without bricks and mortar, which is unattainable for so many, and to have an organization operating in that mindset like Creative Nomad Studios, only betters Orillia and Area. We are incredibly grateful for all that Creative Nomad Studios has done for the Orillia Youth Centre and from my personal standpoint our community. They have become an anchor point in our downtown, solidifying that area with the other amazing organizations, have created a business model that champions “others” through collective space and has become a mechanism to build community for so many who otherwise might not have that opportunity without Creative Nomad Studios. The team at Creative Nomad Studios goes above and beyond to support and advocate for creating community not only within their space but throughout the broader area, which is a testament for who they are and want the believe in. Thank you one and all for all you have done and for allowing us in to use your space!

I had a Christmas event at Creative Nomad Studios and they were wonderful! It is such a great venue for a party - spacious, upbeat, clean and professional. They were so well organized and helpful with everything. I highly recommend Creative Nomad for any celebration!!

As a photographer, it can be daunting trying to find a space that fits your wants and needs for photo sessions. Creative Nomad made this process feel seamless and enjoyable! From the beautifully curated space, to all the attentive details you are guided through, hosting photos here has felt like a dream. The natural light that filters in, paired with the rustic floors and exposed brick walls give any photos here a cozy warmth. The team members also went above and beyond, and I felt supported every step of the way. I will absolutely be booking here time and time again!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Creative Nomad Studios.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team.
