Stay away from this company. This is the worst experience you could get. They have an admin tech issue and they overcharge you, and it takes months, and much energy to try to get them to revert back, and adjust the right amounts. Nobody in the company responds, and when they do, they promise things will be solved in a few days, but they keep charging your credit card, and they also charge you more than they are supposed to. Terrible experience, and they keep your money. Stay away!

I have an excellent experience with Lisa White. She is incredibly professional, organized, and handled my inquiries with impressive efficiency. She is so friendly and warm, she makes Regus Glen Abbey like a big family. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Stay away from Regus if you don't want to be overcharged. For many months, I was charged for "coffee" that I never purchased. It took them many months before they were able to refund what they overcharged me for. Recently, they put a $3110 charge to my credit card but this was reflected as only a $800 payment on their statement. It has been 3 months since this occurred. I have not received a refund for this overcharged amount despite many repeated requests, including sending them my credit card statement showing the charge. I have been a loyal customer of Regus at this location for 7 years. I am very disappointed with how they choose to treat their loyal customers.
