We held our three-day company offsite at the Business Lounge this past week and it was a great experience. Minutes from the 403, lots of parking, and the rooms themselves were really well done — high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboards, touchscreen TVs, plenty of comfortable seating, tons of natural light, private, and well insulated for sound. Espresso machines, snacks, and drinks were topped up every day, and the team kept everything running smoothly in the background without us having to ask. Great spot for getting real work done as a group. We'll definitely be back.

I recently held a very important shareholder meeting at this business lounge, and I can honestly say it was one of the best meeting experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the setup and design were absolutely outstanding. The space is modern, elegant, and thoughtfully laid out, the kind of environment that immediately sets the tone for a professional and high-level discussion. Every detail, from the seating arrangement to the ambiance, reflected quality and intention. It’s way better from the pictures. What truly stood out was how impressed the shareholders were. Several attendees commented on how refined and well-prepared everything felt. It created the perfect atmosphere for productive conversations and left a strong, lasting impression. A special thank you to Sam, the owner, who went above and beyond. His level of support, communication, and responsiveness was exceptional. He made sure every detail was handled seamlessly. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely invested in your experience. This was, without a doubt, my best experience hosting a meeting in a business lounge, and I will absolutely be returning for future events. If you’re looking for a premium, reliable, and impressive venue for meetings, presentations, or investor gatherings this is the place. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Business Lounge Room. The space is clean and modern with a professional vibe that makes it easy to get things done. If i needed assistance with anything it was taken cared of immediately. Definitely a great spot in Oakville if you’re looking for a premium workspace.

Beautiful space to host meetings with a breakout room for privacy. Instructions were clear, and getting in and out was very easy. Location is very central and close to the highway. The extra touches were great! Highly recommended!
