Harassing By Zemlar Staff. Security Deposit Not Returned. People should think before they take over Zemlar lease. Hamza and his team will make sure to make you run and keep your security deposit and would never return it.

These guys are the biggest cons. They were evicted by the landlord for non payment of rent back in September 2025 and they have not returned our deposits, last month rent nothing. You call their account department, Hamza and his team are always on a vacation. They are scam artists. Beware
