I opened my private practice this year, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Al and Jennifer have been incredibly supportive from day one, and the atmosphere at the Port is something truly special. There are so many wonderful businesses here, and while I run my practice independently, I never feel alone. I’m surrounded by an amazing community of people who make each day that much brighter. The location is also fantastic. Being downtown means easy access to great restaurants, local shops, and everything the area has to offer. One of my favourite parts of working here is being able to take a walk along the waterfront between sessions. It provides the perfect opportunity to reset and recharge throughout the day. If you have been considering renting office space at the Port, take this as your sign. It is a welcoming, supportive environment in a beautiful location, and I could not be happier to have my practice here. 💛

Al, the owner, is genuinely one of the kindest, most supportive people I've had the opportunity to work with. He's approachable, non-judgmental, attentive, and always willing to make time for people. You never get the sense that you're just a tenant BC he truly cares about the people in the building and wants to see us succeed. What I appreciate most is his creativity and vision. He's constantly coming up with innovative ideas, thinking outside the box, and finding ways to make the space better. The offices themselves are unique, inspiring, and full of personality. It's the kind of environment that makes you want to show up and do your best work. He's also created something that goes far beyond office space. There's a real sense of community here. He regularly checks in, organizes events, encourages collaboration, and works hard to create a culture where people feel connected and supported. As a fellow entrepreneur, I really admire what he's built. It's not easy to create a business that is both professional and genuinely welcoming, but he's done exactly that. You can tell his heart is in it. If you're looking for more than just four walls and a desk, this is the place. It's a supportive, innovative, and motivating environment, led by someone who truly cares about the people around him.

I’ve had a wonderful experience renting office space at the Port. The owner is truly top notch. responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The flexibility is fantastic, whether you need short-term or long-term space, a partial day, or a monthly rental. Everything is simple and easy, and I’m very grateful to have found such a great spot. Port North Bay is a fantastic professional facility. I use them for daily office rentals and they are very accommodating even for last minute rentals. The offices are very clean and everyone is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend Port for long term or daily rentals. I cannot say enough great things about them!!
