Very nice place to rent out for one day business meeting or for multiple days it's much more economic than the small boutique places if you're willing to travel. It's very clean and hospitable I would recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a room here because I needed a reliable, professional space for a time-sensitive interview, and the location failed badly at the exact moment it mattered. When I arrived, there was no one readily available to help with access or support. I was then given excuses about staffing and timing, which does not change the fact that a booked client should be able to access their room and get assistance at the scheduled time. Instead, I was left scrambling and my interview was disrupted. The whole point of paying for this kind of workspace is reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, I got neither. I’ve requested a refund and a formal response.

Pathetic customer service, no way to contact because they don't reply, stars and regus shouldn't be in the same sentence. DO NOT get any service from them at any cost.

Substandard voicemail. Inaccurate business hours, it's not 24 hours as listed.

They advertise 24 access and use of space but HVAC is turned off outside of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. They won't disclose this to you. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are not interested in helping you. You will get push back and even blamed for their incompetence when you bring up the discrepancies of their actions. Example, I had rented an office for the purpose of evenings and weekends to meet clients. This was clear. At no point did anyone disclose to me that there was no HVAC at those times and since the business is advertised as 24 hour access/ use of space, why would I have assumed otherwise? It is so hot evenings and weekends I cannot bring clients to the office (so embarassing). I cannot use the space for my intended use and I am being held to the 1 year contract for an office that is of no use to me. A manager literally told me, "When you sell a house (I'm a Realtor), you don't tell the person everything that is wrong with it. You tell them to get a home inspection." He also stated that I probably failed to read the attachments of the contract before I signed (as if implying this is somehow my own fault). I am still to understand the relevance of both comments as no one gets a building inspection when they rent an office and there is no mention of HVAC in the contract. Don't do it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Regus - Mississauga - Toronto Airport Corporate Centre operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
